  • If original packaging is not available, please pack the item securely using a sturdy replacement box.
  • Do not send the item back to the manufacturer.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • The return address will vary by product and will be provided via the return label.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during promotional sales or clearance are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
